Hotel quite OK but the staff not really friendly.
Furthermore the Lobby and the Cafe no airconditioning at all it's really damp hot eventhough they provide Fan. By right they should provide aircond on the said are instead of cut off the budget. Kindly look into it seriously . And meanwhile the towel for the 3 days i m in that hotel all are old towels. Which i m not satisfied with the money that i pay.

My fourth time at this hotel and I dont have complaints. Suitable for Muslims. However, I have requested for queen size bed when booking but was given twin beds instead. When I complianed it was attended to within one hour. However, the problem should not arise in the first place.

Hotel cleanliness no doubt excellent. Breakfast good ambience attractive. Free parking.
Pros I liked the shower 😀 room looks fresh. Breakfast bread omlette and fruit punch was okay for me. Besides there were wide spread Malay Chinese dishes which I couldn't try. Hotel staff were polite. helpful in letting us know the attractions around. menu was reasonably priced for dinner. Lots of space for free car parking. Cons, there is no Swimming pool or garden or play for kids. Feels like you r in a city on a business trip period.
