Pricey for the facility
Has bare minimum things in the room...bed,TV,2 bottles f water. No table..no lamps.towels are not very clean..the floor towel was digusting even to look at..one of the soap dispenser was not working. Floor was sticky to walk barefoot.hence not worth the Price for me as I paid 85 sgd per night. no such interesting view around the hotel. Breakfast is okay..not very lavish...15-20 mins walk to beach..they dont also provide beach towels. Staff is well behaved nice and helpful.

Poor service rendered by staff
Staffs were rude, told us check in time is after 2pm,not 2pm exactly, and maybe 3 or 4pm (in fact we reached earlier at 130pm). We have booked 4 rooms in total but only 2 rooms were given to us as the other 2 were not ready. As we need to rush out thus just drop off our luggage in the 2 rooms. While The other 2 rooms were given to us at that night after we back to hotel. I realised 1 room was wrongly assigned to me. I booked double bed room but 2 single beds room was given. I have tried to change but no other room available. Offered to change room only next day afternoon but due to busy tour schedule, i have declined their offer. Except staff's service, overall is satiscatory. However, i wil not recommend my friend and family to book this hotel in future.

Hotel room arrangement
The hotel was reluctant to accomodate a connecting room even though we had young kids and it was quite tough for us to communicate with the front desk staff there. However we would like to thank agoda's staff named KEVIN who we speak to over the phone and he helped out to sought out things for us with the hotel. Thank you. Regards, Kevin Anthony
