Overall worth staying
Stayed for 3 night 4 days. We got a good ocean view room. On the 1st day found lots on ants over bed. Which was changed immediately on request. Staffs were very polite. Complimentary breakfast was average. Need to improve Wifi. Everyone was offered just 2hrs per person. Overall we had a good and decent stay. Thanks to all hotel staffs for making it a memorable stay.

Dirty Swimming Pool / Poor Complaint Feedback from hotel
I did a complaint upon check out in Jun2016 about : 1) dirty swimming pool 2) staff pour chlorine into the pool while my kids were swimming in the pool. Until today, no feedback from the hotel.

Fantastic place but Awful Staff!
Positives: I booked an executive studio with sea view.. it was wonderful! The place is beautiful.. great view, spacious pool, clean room.. loved it! Enough parking space also. Negatives: However, the front desk staffs were ill mannered and lacks the minimum courtesy and verrrry slow!! Irritating Wifi system and be prepared to pay deposit of MYR 200 per room!! Also, breakfast was not good enough! Regardless all the negatives, I will stay there in future... recommended.

The worst hotel that I ever stay!
First, our family have booked a studio suite. When we arrived the reception was so busy to attend to us, fine, then we just wait there for an hour just for check in. Then the reception staff said we checked in late so they only have the last room which is at the corner. (Normal check in time is 2-3pm but we checked in on 5pm, how late is that! ) Then when we go in the room, it have 1 double bed and a sofa bed, is definetely suitable for 4 persons. Cleanliness about the room I no gonna to give any comment. The worst things is if u Wan to connect wifi must go down to the reception counter to have the username and password. And each username n password only able to online for about 4 hour. Then you need to go down again to get a new username and password. It is really ridiculous. The morning hotel breakfast was very lousy. They only have Asian foods with very limited of choices. I strongly reject to visit this lousy hotel again!

Only the wifi issues. I think you should have the in room wifi instead of the guests keep going down to the receptionist and ask for the wifi password. And it can helps to save paper.

Leisure Trip
We felt cheated as the room published on Agoda showed there was a living room in the Executive Deluxe we booked. However, the Hotel advised otherwise. Only rooms with Studio has a living area. Agoda, appreciate if you could review the photos for all room types again so that Customers like us are not misleaded. The Hotel room & property was fine. The only drawback is that the swimming pool doesn't look clean and the breakfast is really a big put off! We saw the pool was a bit muddy the night before so we thought it would be cleaned the next day. But then when next day came, some hotel guests still jump into the swimming pool although the staff are trying to clean the pool in the morning. We wanted to swim but decided not to as the pool is still a bit muddy. Breakfast served is really unpleasant & tasteless. Even food like fruits, doesn't have taste, it's that bad. I have not seen other Hotels provide butter that are cut into small pieces & put into an ice water bowl.
