The hotel is beautiful and the staff are so friendly and on-the-ball, we were really feel to made welcome and very special. It is also nice and quiet so relaxation comes easily. The hotel is still quite new and the room had a slight construction smell but this was a minor issue compared to everything else. I would really recommend this hotel. Also, Langkawi, is so beautiful and relaxing.

Fantastic stay at st Regis Langkawi
All was fabulous with this beautiful hotel. The accommodation was top notch and their service first class. Staff were very friendly and pay attention to every small detail. The rastaurant Kayaputi serves fantastic food. Watching the sunset on the hammocks at Kataputi is a must! We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday and will return soon.

とても綺麗で清潔感がありました。 蚊の対策もしっかりされており、刺されませんでした。 スタッフの方も皆さんフレンドリーで細部まで心配りをして頂きました。 ホテルにチェックすると、プチツアーと題して、ホテルの中を案内してもらえした！ 絶妙なタイミングでコンシェルジェの方が部屋を訪ねて来てはドリンクやオヤツを持ってきてくださり、困ったことはないか訪ねてもらえ、旅行中のプランなども、親身になって考えてもらいました！ プールのは9am〜7pmの営業だったんですが、入りたいと相談すると直接確認していただいて朝7:30位から入っても大丈夫とのことでした！ 柔軟に対応して頂き滞在中満喫できました！ ルームサービスのコーヒーや紅茶ホットチョコレートは無料のサービスで、クッキーと一緒に持ってきて下さりました！ そのクッキーがまた美味しかったです！ みなさんも是非オーダーしてください！ わたしは隣のウエスタンホテルのでビーチでカメラを落としてしまったのですが迅速に対応していただき、潮が引いたら朝晩カメラの捜索を１週間していただけるとのことで、毎日経過報告のメールが届いています。 ここまでした頂けるなんて思ってもいなかったですし、もう出てこなくても満足です。 スタッフの皆さんは数多くいるゲストの中でも私のファーストネームを覚えて頂いており、Hi Ms〇〇、ご機嫌はどうですか？ 今日はどちらへ？などと声をかけていただき私が日本人なのでわざわざ、こんにちは！など、日本語での挨拶をして頂き、本当に心地よいホテルでの時間を過ごせました！ 食事もバーのアルコールとっても美味しかったです！ セントレジスはブラッディーマリー発祥のホテルで有名ですが、ここセントレジスランカウイでは、オリジナルのランマリーと、バリオリジナルのバリマリーも頂けますよ☻ 是非お楽しみください！バリマリーはセロリが効いていて、ランマリーは少しスパイシーな感じでした！私は個人的にはバリマリーの方が好きでした◡̈ アフタヌーンティーもお勧めです！ペアで3000円ほどで(140RG)で美味しいデザートやアラカルトをいただけて量も多くクオリティーの高さコストパフォーマンスに驚きました！ シャンパン付きのプランも確か190RG程でした！ 全部食べきれなかったので相談すると紅茶と一緒に部屋まで運んでいただけました。 ポートサービースも料金に含まれており、行き帰りも安心です！ 空港までの迎えはベントレーでしてもらえますよ！ とっても、ラグジュアリーなリゾートでの休暇を満喫できます！ 本当にオススメのホテルです！ 今回マレーシアは初めての旅行だったんですが、マレーシアの人達は(ホテル以外でも)とっても親切でフレンドリーで 今まで訪れた国の中でNo. 1でした！ また必ずマレーシアに戻ってきたいと思います！もちろんここセントレジスランカウイにも！
