Great Location. Average Hotel
Its a nice hotel tucked in a corner. however i felt its too highly priced for an average room. The room has very basic amenities, however the restaurant is super awesome and staff and service is even better. Either the services should go up or prices should fall. I can get better places at a cheaper price.

There was no one staying at the hotel. It's very nice for people who want privacy and read a book by themselves but if you are the kind who wants to see people while you sit by the beach, this is not the place. Otherwise food is very good, staff is quite attentive, and the place is pleasant to stay.

service and location were awesome...but can be better in other areas
service and our queries were answered and the staffs (shereen) and owner gave us many suggestions on where to eat n directions. Check in and out were a breeze. Some suggestions to add more value to this lovely place: 1) we were expecting a slightly more in room service as for the price. Toothbrush set, in room slipper, body lotion n little sweet touches will be nice. water pressure for the shower was excellent though. 2) though we werent planning to watch tv but we turned it on just to see what channel was available n to our surprise, snowy channels..... 3) we went out early on morning for diving and we wanted to drop our keys at the drop box for cleaning but we had to lock the main gate and the drop box was on the other side of the gate. I had to lock and walked through narrow gap and stretched my arm in to drop it. the dropbox should be placed at a more convenient place.

A little patch of paradise, felt like home
The staff here were so lovely and extremely friendly. They were already expecting us upon our arrival and greeted us by name. Buddy and Karina are absolutely wonderful and thoughtful. Hotel looked even better than the pictures. Although quite a walk from Cenang beach, i still highly recommend this hotel. Cant wait to come back!!!
