Very nicely located hotel
Pros - location , scenery and nature at its best Cons - staff need to be a bit more polite and friendly And also the hotel is run down, but could do with a very good clean

Big room but many facilities torn down and lack of maintainenance
The beach front unit that I stayed is facing to a Air-condition compressor unit, it is so noisy when I sit at the balcony. No other to change as the front desk information. No wifi as well. The breakfast hall is so warm, and need stand fan as well. Most of the drinking glasses or plates with stain and dirty, looks like long time never use.

Never go here.
False advertising on their website. Arrived with 3 kids and no hot water, dirty linen and towels, broken wobbly toilet, tiles chipped around bathroom, mosquitos everywhere in the room and reception area, no AC in reception, useless staff. Changed our hotel after second night at a considerable expense. We would rate this at 1-2 star hotel. Not sure why Agoda or even Century Hotel rate it as a 4 star hotel.

Concern on service quality
Professionalism in term of service and hotel management process are quite disappointing! Scenario A - When would like to check in at 3:15pm, reception staff mentioned room was not ready and answered not sure what time can check in! Scenario B - When went out around 10am and notified reception staff on "make up the room", when back at 2pm, room still not clean up. Second reminder, when back at night, the clean up job is simply done.

Possibly the worst hotel I have stayed in
The photos on Agoda completely misrepresent the hotel, which is run down and dirty with insufficient staff and poor facilities. My 'superior' room had a broken toilet, a cracked and dirty bath. loose wires and was covered in dust with dingy walls. After complaining and waiting for an hour I was given another room which was better but still dark and dingy and in need of replacement light bulbs etc. The bars and restaurants were all closed apart from the main main dining room where I had to wait for over an hour for a simple supper of grilled salmon to be served. The gardens are overgrown and the beach access dangerous with broken steps. The pool requires cleaning and the pump room leaked a constant stream of water. Towels had to be brought in from a neighbouring hotel as there were insufficient at the pool. The staff tried to be helpful but were clearly struggling.This hotel used to be owned by the Sheraton group but no longer - although they still use the Sheraton name on their literature. I strongly advise you to look elsewhere.
