It's over all good. Swimming pool is nice. U can't expect much more services. No wifi n phone in room. Cenang beach is just there n value for money. People who want hotel services skip it. They change towel n bed sheets every day.Also give bottle water n tea n coffee. All restaurants very close. I love to come here again. This is my second time!!!

Great location / By the beach
We had trouble finding the hotel (tip: it is opposite the 7-Eleven). The reception is behind the main hotel building located at the right corner. This resort consists of beach huts and even tree-house huts by the beach. The main hotel building needs a major facelift. We booked the Deluxe Family room (carpeted, with balcony) which was located at the forth floor of the hotel. Do note to keep the kids away from the balcony as the height of the balcony wall is pretty low and will pose a danger. Rooms were of good size and decent; there is a safe and mini fridge along with a kettle. I would have preferred the huts by the beach but I do not think it would be able to accommodate a family of four. There is a nice, cosy pool overlooking the beach (no lounge chairs FYI). Please note that breakfast is not provided but that will not be an issue as there are tons of restaurants and cafes in the vicinity. This is a 2.5 star hotel with affordable rooms.
