Overall is good for a budget stay.
Everything is new and clean. But water pressure in toilet is too low. Comfortable. Strategic location, near to pantai cenang. Friendly and helpful reception.

Nice, clean room and value for money
Big, clean room with really helpfull staff. It's about 10 minutes walk from the main street where everything happens which is not too far. The only con was that the bathroom was sometimes a bit smelly but this was just sometimes and didn't ruin our stay or something.

Big and clean rooms, value of money
Location is quite good. Few minutes walking distance from the pantai cenang center place, under water world, duty free shops, and cenang beach. Ibrahim is a nice person and he helped us to get the island hopping and mangrove tour in a reasonable price. Rooms are clean though for makeup room you will have to ask everyday before 5 PM. I will recommend this place to my friends and family. we had enjoyed there.
