Located at Cenang beach but you have to walk around 50m to go to the beach at the opposite of the main road. The room was ok with fridge provided.

Good location but that's it
The room was unclean with squashed mosquitoes on the sheets and walls, it smelt damp and there was so many mosquitoes in the room. The staff didn't explain anything just gave us the key and that was it, we didn't see any staff for the rest of our stay and when we needed toilet paper there was no-one around to ask! There were no facilities, coffee and tea machine was out of order, no breakfast and the wifi was the slowest we've had anywhere! The one plus was the location being close to the beach and restaurants but for what we paid it was not worth it, go somewhere else.

The locarion, ambience and scenery
The village is well located near the cenang beach. If you want to get away from the city life and feel the kampung or village setting, this is a good place. Foods are just a walking distance away. Thes staffs are friendly and you will be woken up by the sound of rooster early in the morning. Recommended for budget travellers who look for a place to just sleep in and keep their stuffs

Lot of mosquitoes, water leaking on basin
Was there 1 night, a bit overpriced for this hotel. Found that lots of mosquitoes, we beat about 15pcs mosquitoes in 1 hour time. Water leaking on the basin, hot water shower worked fine. Stayed another hotel that located at another corner of Cenang beach for RM40 lower.

2 roaches in the bathroom which doesnt hav windows
location, reliable staff, quiet
needs a real renovation in the rooms. musky, worn out furnitures, bathroom had no windows where does the cockroaches come from? perhaps from the poor finishing of water pipes just drilled a hole thru the wall. deep walk in the grassland and other hostels. pro: reliable staff, called a taxi for us the night b4 n taxi turned up at 7am next day. clean towels. across the main road is some chill out beach front bars
