Worst possible experience
Everything was bad , from the staff to the rooms, on top of that they refused to serve breakfast for the the third guest and said only two person can have the breakfast, we paid for 3 adults, got everything for two even the room amenities

Great Room, Nice hotel, Terrible Location
Booked it for one night. Its a resort that has been split and managed by multiple companies so a bit of a challenge to find the correct reception (ours was in a converted room on the 1st Floor). The room is grand, and very clean. Great value for money, its has nice and well maintained grounds and pool so on those two fronts i give it 5 stars. Location is terrible. Far from anything and no in house amenities.

Friendly Staff, Reasonable Location (~ 5km to airport & Pantain Chenang),
During my stay some of the room fixtures are not working: Lamps, the sink got leakage, cooking hood cannot be switched on, wifi is super super slow. room is clean & comfortable. I stayed here on 25th to 26th dec. Prior to that i stayed at Century Langkasuka (formerly four Points to sheraton). even if all the fixture were to be working properly, i feel i should hv continue staying in Century Langkasuka as it is provide more spacious room, better location, faster wifi and above all cheaper.

Overall was a good experience & was upgraded to sea villa. However, please make sure you go to the correct reception & there are a few management under this property else your check in will be delayed. Thanks to Ms Sha (hotel admin) for the arrangement.

Overall,the hotel is a bit too old and running down. Hotel lift is always not working,therefore we need to use staircase. The room is dusty and the air conditioning is leaking water. We will not stay here again even if we got a chance to go Langkawi again. This is an overrated 4 stars hotel.
