Nice hotel
The room was good. I like the hotel. But the staffs over there weren't so friendly, especially those staffs who served breakfast.

Room condition
Hotel only provide baby basket for one years old max baby. No baby cot for 2 years old baby. Room is big but dusty carpet. Better without carpet in room. Facility is in good condition.

Clean and spacious villa
D only down side was d wifi. Every day we called to complain. They told us wifi down, IT guy repairing. Next morning, coz of weather that's y signal poor. Asked us sit at lobby if we need it so badly. By 3rd day we gave up. Breakfast not so fantastic too. We will only come back coz of what beautiful langkawi has. Rent a car if possible. Taxi fares can bust ur wallets.

Good for families
Travelled with 3 kids in July. Good facilities except during this time of year it's Arab season as they call it. The people from Saudi escape to come here as its peak Hajj season. Hence there were a lot of women wearing hijab and niqabs who tend to stare at other women who don't wear one or who wear a 2 piece swimming costume. Found that rather off putting. Overall the hotel is nice but the service was a bit slow and the breakfast selection wasn't all that great.

Good if you have your own transport.
The cart driver who used to take us to rooms said that you have to wait until it gets full , or you can go walking as you are still young and we were even charged for extra blankets , otherwise it was all ok , the pool was very clean.

slow service
the breakfast spread is expensive but not wonderful. the service is very slow and it feels like they are highly understaffed. we waited 20 minutes for a buggy to take us to the room, but we wouldn't walk because had no idea where to go since we just arrived. after that we mostly walked. otherwise the staff is friendly and tries hard to be accommodating so kudos to them.

Good or bad... you decide...
Was surpised that they gave us an unoccupied room that was with cobwebs. Found a small spider on bed. First time changed the ceiling bulb as it was blinking. The had them changed the bed sheet, pillow case and towel as they were dirty. Then changed the fridge as is was not working. Thought the room will be haunted but luckily nothing happened. Breakfast is just average with flies everywhere.

Romantic during stay on the sea villa
Very good feeling for the sea villa, we like the balcony and drinking at balcony every night ,scene at the balcony is super ! staff very helpful even now is Ramadan month for them . Only disappointed for the swimming pool , it's close during this month for the Ramadan night . We do hire a car so is very convenient for us.we do enjoy our honey moon since this hotel is quiet and peaceful . Breakfast Vanue is super because it is on the pool side ! Nice view ! defenalty Will recommend to friend !
