Terrible experience
No staff at the reception (such a mess when we arrive at 15 and we couldn't check in because nobody was there. I had to call Agoda and after few hours the owner called me. He told me to enter in room 4 because the keys were already inside....), room small without window and smell of moist, toilet without paper. Not recommended at all.

U can try if u look for budget place
This is a budget place to stay when u are travelling at pantai cenang, langkawi. U can easily go to beach if u stay at here, so location is really great. However, the staff here seem to be not so hardworking, as I can't find any staff at counter when I want to check out around 8am, then I called the number they provided on the door of counter, but no one pick up. Instead of waiting, I called another number that responsible for room booking. Besides, there was no toilet paper and basin in my room and no place for me to put my clothes while taking bath. One more, my room, which is 4 persons room can't excess to wifi and the staff give me the wifi password of another motel nearby, however the wifi is not so good too.

Small room, stuffy no windows. Extra tiny bathroom, even for a petite asian like me. Broken shower head. Beds were horrible and the bedding terrible. The only good thing here was the location. Opposite Underwater World and near the beach. Free parking and the staff, when available, gives you all the info you need. If you have the time to plan ahead and a bit of extra money, don't bother with this place.

Hotel Nightmare
I was given a room with a bed that sank in the middle. It was bad for my back. The bathroom was poorly maintained. Drainage in the bathroom was poor. There were puddles of water everywhere. The floor of the room was liked as if it had not been swept in days. There were cockroaches in the room. Finally after complaining, i was given the adjacent room. the only thing different - the bed was in a better condition than the first room. I would not recommend this hotel unless you are a backpacker and willing top rough it out or desperate.
