- lack of eatery utensils cleanliness and breakfast quality need to improve - room air con leaking profusely and despite request for action nothing was done - generally staffs require more training in customer service - facility need to be maintained better - generally for the money paid what was provided matches taking into consideration the locality of resort - the images in website very misleading because I wanted beach front with sandy beach but got rooms across the road.

Worst Resort

This is the worst hotel i booked. The room was old and plaster ceiling was cracked and dropped on the blanket. We called to complain and they change another room for us. However, the aircond no cold enough. Lastly we decided to move all our luggage and book other hotel. for my opinion, this is a bad home stay, cannot called it as a resort.

Please note, if you book for Standard Room, the location will not next to the beach which you need to walk over to another street for the accommodation. For Room Facilities, the management will need to do some improvement, such as the Water Heater, Drinking Water Dispenser, Air Condition and etc...

Nothing much can I describe which just a Normal Beach Resort. Please note, if you book for Standard Room, the location will not next to the beach which you need to walk over to another street for the accommodation. For Room Facilities, the management will need to do some improvement, such as the Water Heater, Drinking Water Dispenser, Air Condition and etc...
