Poor Management
The restaurants do not have air condition and just have the ceiling fans which makes no difference when it's too humid! Also not organized for the quantity of the tourists. The location is great though. Worth to try!

Nice beach , swimming pool ok , the rooms are faraway from the lobby and the beach , in order for you to move to or from the room you need to call the shuttle bus and it will take 5 to 15 minutes

Spectacular
We were very lucky to receive a free upgrade to an overwater bungalow. The room was very clean, spacious, quiet and comfortable. We had read some negative reviews about the shuttle services but we did not find this to be the case, I think the longest we waited was about 3 minutes! The restaurants are fantastic. The facilities were handy too - having rental car hire on site was convenient and easy. The pool was lovely, and the beach stunning. The staff were attentive and eager to please. The resort gardens are lush and peaceful to walk through, and there is plenty of security around. Very impresses and highly recommended.

Great but need some refreshing
The room was good and everything worked well. However room furniture needs replacing or refreshing. ( Especially wardrobe was smelly)

Bad experince
I had a bad experience. I booked 3 single beds, and one of the staff told me that they would provide me the 3 single beds, but when I got there, they didn't provide me what we agreed on. They provided me 2 single beds and a sofa. Also, when I checked out, they wanted me to pay MYR 72 for dinner lobby. I was surprised because I didn't have dinner in their lobby and didn't sign it at all, and when I asked the staff to show me the receipt, I was blown away. My signature forged. It was absolutely horrible.
