Unhappy
We booked for 6 adults with an infant. First they provide room in 3rd floor 3114 was worst no hot water even the water supply were stop in d middle of shower..full of dust...made complain an waited for an hour get another room at level 2 (517&518) with an extra bed. Uncomfortable but happy with the management whom try to gv us the best.. Pls upgrade..thanks

Only good location
Hotel location is good at Kuah. View from hotel restaurant is beautiful. Dirty room. Room is very dusty bed full of dust very difficult to sleep. Poor & old facilities. Room card key very sensitive must always do resetting at reception.

Travel with Family
The hotel is big and can accommodate 8 person. It is a pleasant hotel. The negative part is that the aircon for the room is not strong. Overall good stay.

The property with a moderate facilities with good breakfast.
Little bit Isolated. Needs private transport to explore the Island. Front desk people are helpful.

Just below satisfactory.
Well the location is very poor and unfamiliar tourists like us end up there. But the staff was cery kind and helpful during cancellation and reservation transfers. Rooms were certainly not as depicted in the photos. Which is common for all hotels. But this was especially worse. And the hotel did not provide any information about what was in the vicinity. They only provided tour packages for far off places.

stayed there before. Going down hill.
As with a lot of Hotels, this one needs a maintenance staff. Food is only for asians. Westerners only get Beans, and egg, every day.
